Dawn’s meditations will help you release old beliefs and patterns, to help you find a new inner sense of peace and tranquillity. Her mission is to help you to help yourself in the most natural way possible.
These are all guided meditations, based on natural places which you will already know, and feel comfortable with in your everyday life. Each meditation uses visualisation techniques and positive upbeat words, to help you start to create a more uplifting and supportive way of life.
The more you use these meditations, the more easily you will learn to trust in yourself, and your ability to help and heal yourself. As you create a gentle and peaceful place within your mind, you will find your inner strengths and create your ideal life.
The music which Dawn has chosen will enhance your experience of meditation, as well as heal and raise up the vibrations within your precious body. The music track, Ascension, will help you to subconsciously rise above your current situations, and move gently into your sense of who you are destined to be.
The more you use the meditations, the greater sense of purpose and clarity you will find, and the more connected you will be to your higher self, the person you were born to be.
Dawn also offers Holistic Soul Coaching. She teaches meditation and runs workshops to help you transform your life, and to discover your life purpose.

Deep Healing
Holding feelings of old hurts, pains, regrets, anger and resentment in your body affects you on so many levels, bringing disharmony, discontent and feelings of dis-ease.
Dawn takes you through gentle steps to help you work with healing your inner-child. When you start to heal your inner child, the rest of your life will gently fall back into place.
It is recommended that you do this meditation for 21 days to get maximum benefit.
